PIR V12 - V12AM

The
V12 is a 15m Passive Infrared detector which utilises the revolutionary
"Dual-Hex” verification technology together with the High Security
facility of Anti-Mask protection (V12 AM). This is the result of an
intensive research & development project set with the task of
significantly reducing false alarms in the Industry.
The main benefit for the installer is again the V12’s level of immunity
to false alarms. The V12 use of "Dual-Hex technology takes the PIR a
significant step beyond quad system detectors. With the 12 pyro
elements - in two groups of 6 - and a custom designed Application
Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) the detector is able to verify
signals on both amplifier channels as being an exact match. The
principal allows a very high degree of false alarms to be eliminated -
signals which could evade quad technology. Solid state relays mean that
the unit is extremely reliable with no noise or mechanical moving parts
and the detector cannot be compromised by external magnets. Coupled
with market leading Anti-Mask technology V12AM leaves other PIRs
standing when it comes to the peace of mind of the end user.
PIR Apollo 360

Apollo
360 and Micra 360 are adaptable passive infrared and dual technology
ceiling mount detectors to give efficient all-round protection in a
variety of applications - from a discrete flush mounted installation in
a home, to office landings requiring additional protection of
stairways, or storage areas where movement of stock may block the view
of cornered mounted detectors
Both detectors provide a 360° detection pattern with floor coverage up
to 11 metre diameter. Additionally, Micra 360 can be adjusted by an
internal link to provide only 8 metre coverage.
Incorporates a custom designed "ASIC” and manufactured using the most
modern automated assembly line technology. White light filter rejects
false alarms caused by fluorescent light or vehicle headlamps.
Ease of installation with all wiring going through a removable base and
recessed mount can be achieved via universal flush mount kit for
increased unobtrusiveness.
PASSIVE INFRARED VARIANT:
Latching control line permits pinpoint identification of detectors in
multi-detector zones. Quality sealed optics prevents dust and insect
penetration.
User selectable pulse count improves immunity to false alarms in harsher environments.
PIR Saturn

Saturn
is the fully steerable PIR detector that is ideal for residential and
commercial security installation with volumetric coverage pattern.
Particularly suitable for aesthetically unobtrusive installation.
Saturn includes the proven "ASIC” (Application Specific Integrated
Circuit)
To satisfy international approval-house standards, Saturn Elite’s head
can be securely locked in place once optimum coverage has been
achieved. Saturn incorporates temperature compensation to ensure
consistently reliable performance at high temperatures. One product
variants is available:
12m Volumetric with 18 zones
Saturn is designed for ease installation, with all wiring going to the
back of the bracket. Once installed, the cover can be securely fixed in
place. The walk test LED helps to locate sensitive zones and avoid
potential false alarm sources. Saturn Elite can memorise an alarm
condition when the system is set. When a control line from the control
panel is connected to the detector, any alarm condition which occurs
while the system is set is memorised, then displayed by continuous
illumination of the LED when the system is next unset. The action of
setting clears the memory and the LED does not illuminate in set mode.

Scorpio
is the latest passive infrared detector with 15 metre volumetric
coverage pattern suitable for commercial, light industrial and bank
application. This detector includes the most sophisticated anti-masking
circuit which makes it suitable also for high security installations.

Scorpio is a 15 m Volumetric commercial PIR which combines a true
active infrared anti-masking circuitry. This circuitry detects intruder
attempts from sprays, lacquers, paints, foams, acrylics, vinyls, paper
and any other reflective material which would otherwise impair the
detection performance.
Scorpio’s anti-masking circuitry has two different selectable levels: Standard and High Security (VdS Class C).
Self calibration of the mask circuitry helps adapt the detector during
installation to the environment and compensate for the effects of dust
build up, temperature, ageing etc. through time.
Quality sealed optics prevent dust and insect penetration together with a white light filter rejecting light sources.
Continuously monitored diagnostics including remote self-test facility, microcontroller fault and regulated supply voltage.

Micra 360 provides a 360° detection pattern with floor coverage up to
11 metre diameter. Additionally, Micra 360 can be adjusted by an
internal link to provide only 8 metre coverage. Highly efficient
microstrip oscillator source produce a highly efficient operation at
extremely low power levels and low costs. Extremely reliable and cost
effective which minimises detector related callouts and contributes
directly to reputation, profitability and customer satisfaction.
